Your role
At Madam, the skybar on the 20th floor of the A’DAM Tower, you work with panoramic views over the city of Amsterdam. During the day, we welcome Lookout visitors for lunch, drinks, or dinner. In the evening, the lights dim, the DJ turns up the volume, and the restaurant transforms into a vibrant skybar. As a Bartender, you are responsible for everything that comes out of the bar. You mix, pour, and serve with care and attention to detail. You know the classics or are excited to learn them. You keep the bar clean and organised, think along with the guest, and easily switch between day and evening shifts. You work closely with the service team and the kitchen. Whether it’s a quiet moment or a packed evening, you stay sharp and make sure the service runs smoothly.
About Madam
Madam is a restaurant, skybar and nightclub in one. It sits just below the A’DAM Lookout, the rooftop observation deck where visitors take in the full city panorama and try the highest swing in Europe. During the day, Lookout visitors and other guests come to Madam for lunch or dinner, with a brasserie-style menu offering recognisable dishes that are fresh and high quality. Guests enjoy views in every direction, grab a drink at the skybar and often return later for Madam by Night.
