Your role
At the rooftop bar of The Lookout, you and your team create an outstanding guest experience with views that truly impress. You are the face of the bar and know exactly how to balance atmosphere, service, and safety. You open the bar by preparing the cash register and making sure everything is set for a busy (and enjoyable) day. You keep a close eye on bar stock: restocking, organizing, and ensuring everything stays neat and well‑structured. Mise-en-place is always in order, and you regularly check both the bar and seating areas.

During your shift, you serve guests, explain the menu, and are always available to answer questions at the bar. You have a strong sense of the vibe, maintain overview, and address guests when behavior doesn’t quite fit the setting. In addition, you sell tickets for the swing and help deliver the unique Lookout experience our visitors come for.
