Your role
As Chef de partie you are the driving force behind the banqueting department. You not only ensure the tasteful preparation and presentation of dishes according to established standards, but you also lead your team of chefs, manage the stock of ingredients, guarantee the quality of the dishes and contribute to menu development. You are also involved in training and motivating the team and guaranteeing hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Job requirements

  • ...MBO level 4 working and thinking level;

  • ... demonstrable knowledge of all cooking techniques;

  • ...knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu;

  • …HACCP;

  • ...good command of the English (and Dutch) language;
