As a Chef de Partie, you lead your section. You supervise Madam's employees and are responsible forthe preparation and presentation of the dishes. You are well aware of the planning and working methods you have established. In addition, you handle daily orders from various suppliers. And if the Sous Chef is absent, you effortlessly take over the entire kitchen.
A working week of 4 days;
Salary of €2,624.83 or €2,876.72 gross per month on a full-time basis;

...MBO level 4 working and thinking level;
... demonstrable knowledge of all cooking techniques;
...knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu;
...HACCP;
...good command of the Dutch and English languages.
