As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll be part of a dynamic team and work across different departments, such as the newly renovated Moon restaurant or our banqueting section, depending on the schedule and operational needs.

In this role, you are a vital link in the kitchen. Together with the Chef de Partie, you are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your section. You work independently, master various cooking techniques, and know how to inspire and support your colleagues. With your eye for detail, you contribute to the high standards we offer our guests. You strictly follow hygiene and safety regulations and actively think along about how we can improve our kitchen processes.
