Madam offers a refreshed menu featuring classic dishes with a modern twist – the perfect complement to a visit to Lookout and Amsterdam! In the evening, the tables move aside, the DJs take over, and we elevate the night – and you – to the next level. Our guests are a mix of Amsterdammers, Lookout visitors, and international guests looking to experience the city from above.

For Madam, we are looking for an enthusiastic Host to welcome our guests. You are the face of our restaurant: greeting everyone with a warm smile and guiding them to their tables, whether they have a reservation or walk in spontaneously. You keep an eye on the waitlist, anticipate guests' needs, and ensure everyone feels at home right away. You are customer-focused, have an open and approachable attitude, and hospitality comes naturally to you. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but other relevant work experience, such as in service, as a supervisor, or behind the bar, is also welcome! You can communicate clearly, at least in English, and are available during busy days, especially on weekends.
A salary of €15.52 - €18.62 gross per hour, depending on experience;
