During the day, we welcome Lookout visitors for lunch, drinks or dinner. Once the sun goes down, the volume goes up, and Madam becomes the highest dance floor in the city. On Friday and Saturday nights, the tables move aside, the DJs take over, and we lift the night – and you – to the next level. We host a mix of Amsterdammers, Lookout visitors and international guests who want to experience the city from above. Whether they come for dinner, a cocktail or a night of music, our goal is to make everyone feel at home.

Join the team
As a team member at Madam, you’re the link between the kitchen, bar and guest. On weekdays, you keep things running smoothly – from the first cappuccino to the final dessert. On weekends, the energy shifts and you’re right in the middle of it all. You enjoy a fast pace, know how to create a good vibe, and connect easily with guests. Dutch or English? As long as you can make yourself understood and bring the right attitude, you’re welcome here. Experience is great, but not required. We’ll teach you the skills – you bring the rest.
