Your role
As a member of the service team at Madam, you’re the person who makes guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in. You take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the space tidy. You move smoothly between tables, bar and kitchen, and you notice what guests need before they ask.
You pay attention to detail, connect easily with people and know the menu well enough to guide guests in their choices. Whether someone drops in for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner, you make sure the service is clear, friendly and calm. Together with your colleagues, you create a place guests enjoy coming back to.
About Madam
Madam is a restaurant, skybar and nightclub in one. It’s located directly below the A’DAM Lookout, the rooftop observation deck on the 20th floor where visitors take in the city views and try the highest swing in Europe. During the day, Lookout visitors and locals come to Madam for lunch or dinner, with a brasserie-style menu: familiar dishes, fresh and good quality. Guests enjoy the views all around, have a drink at the skybar, or return later in the evening for Madam by Night.
What you’ll do
●Take orders and serve food and drinks

● Keep tables, bar and workspaces clean and tidy
● Communicate with bar and kitchen to keep service running smoothly
● Contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
Who you are
You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable in an environment where a lot is happening. You connect easily with guests, stay calm when it gets busy and keep oversight in your work. Hospitality experience is helpful but not required — if you’re eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’re available part-time, including at least one weekend day.
