Every Friday and Saturday night, the tables make way for DJs, the energy shifts, and we take the night – and you – to the next level. We welcome a mix of Amsterdammers, A’DAM Lookout visitors, and international guests looking to experience the city from above. Whether they come for dinner, a cocktail, or a night filled with music, we make sure Madam feels like home for everyone.

As part of Madam’s team, you’re the link between the kitchen, bar, and guests. On weekdays, you keep things running smoothly, from the first cocktail to the last dessert. On weekends, you feel the energy shift and dive right into the action.
You love a fast-paced environment, know how to set the vibe, and connect effortlessly with guests. Dutch or English? As long as you can make yourself understood and bring some flair, you’re in the right place. Experience? Nice to have, but not a must. We’ll teach you the skills – the rest is up to you.

€13,68 gross per hour for age 21;
€12,31 gross per hour for ages 19/20;
€10,94 gross per hour for ages 17/18;
