A'DAM Events is looking for a passionate and disciplined Sous chef. From an extensive breakfast to a lunch in between and from a quick bite to a high-level sit-down dinner. You create and produce the most refined dishes with your team time after time. And with your signature, the dishes are not inferior to the unparalleled view and the event spaces of the A'DAM Tower.
In the role of Sous chef banqueting, you and the Chef take charge of the kitchen. You manage the employees professionally and you take care of the preparation and presentation of the dishes. You work very closely with our sales department and the operational team. You are aware of the planning and working methods like no other, in addition you take care of the daily orders from the various suppliers. You are the Chef's sparring partner when adjusting the menu and you help calculate the prices of new dishes. With an eye for quality, care and attention, you know how to put A'DAM Events on the map!
