We are proud of our lunch and dinner menus, composed in the form of a chef's menu, where guests can choose between a vegetable or meat/fish option. Our secret? Seasonal ingredients and our own fermented products, which provide surprising combinations with deep flavors.

As Chef de Partie you are the driving force behind your party. You provide professional guidance to the team in your part of the kitchen and are responsible for the preparation and presentation of the dishes. You have a keen eye for planning and working methods, which you have determined and monitored yourself. In addition, you take responsibility for daily orders from various suppliers. And is the Sous Chef absent? Then you can effortlessly take over the entire kitchen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leading and coaching employees within your party, ensuring optimal cooperation and performance.

  • Provide support to the Sous Chef and the overall kitchen organization in his absence.

  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

  • Managing and controlling stock and placing daily orders with different suppliers, taking into account quality, quantity and budget.

  • Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes according to established standards and specifications.
