Madam has opened her new concept (Shared dining - fusion) and is seeking new talent to strengthen the team! Madam epitomizes memorable evenings with great food, beautiful views, and a hospitable atmosphere. She is lively and effervescent, just like the city of Amsterdam itself. Both the kitchen and service teams are dedicated daily to providing guests with memorable experiences. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and vibrant, and we aim for a positive experience for both guests and our staff. With shared dining, creative cocktails, and lively music, we create a place where people come together, share, and enjoy.

As a Sous Chef at Madam, you will work closely with the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team. You will direct staff, prepare and present dishes, and also be involved in revising the menu and calculating prices for new dishes.
