For Madam, Restaurant Moon and A'DAM Events
As Sous Chef for our different outlets, you are in charge of the kitchen together with the Chef. You manage the employees professionally and you take care of the preparation and presentation of the dishes. You are the Chef's sparring partner when bringing new dishes to the menu and you help to calculate prices for new dishes. In addition, you take care of daily orders from various suppliers.

Also important
✔️ MBO level 4 work and thinking level;
✔️ demonstrable knowledge of all cooking techniques;
✔️ knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu;
✔️ HACCP;
✔️ good command of the Dutch and English language;
✔️ in possession of a leermeester diploma.
